The background leading to this implementation was the need to use a liftable high-altitude work platform in an area with explosion hazards. However, the standard hydraulic lift Aqua Deck could not be used because it operates an electric hydraulic pump. [Challenges] ■ Desire to use a liftable high-altitude work platform in an area with explosion hazards ■ The standard hydraulic lift Aqua Deck cannot be used because it operates an electric hydraulic pump ■ Water splashes on the work platform (Aqua Deck). The "Air Hydro Converter" utilizes the pneumatic source available at the site to raise and lower the passenger box with converted water pressure, allowing the factory's pneumatic source to operate at 0.6 MPa or higher for lifting and lowering.
